  3. Home Based Business Promotions Contact Kelly Bliss 610-394-2547 and "Come out, come out, wherever you are". You can attend these private meetings and discuss your concerns as a home based business, without going public about it. Learn the facts about our home based business friendly town ... instead of wondering if you are really "legal".
